The Cisco VPN client is a small application that is easy to install and to use, with a very compact and intuitive interface. The Cisco VPN client is used to establish secure connections for remote access in a Virtual Private Network. The Client supports all Cisco VPN access products and servers, as you would expect and the connection, depending on your own, is very stable with nearly no disconnections.
The client can be used in a wide variety of platforms: Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Mac OS X (PPC and Intel), Linux Intel and Solaris UltraSparc.
The client is very easy to use, and very flexible so the end users won't have much problem installing it and setting up a connection, you can even have connection entries that the users can add quickly. However in version 4.8 there is sometimes the case that the connection entries suffer a small glitch and they have to be installed again. All in all this is a great solution for your VPN; however, you need to have Cisco infrastructure for its best use.
